These 1-1/2 drop In Pedestals were designed to work with the 1-1/2 flush mounts you see on many boats. They have the notches cut on the bottom to fit the locking pin to keep them from turning. The center Holder is in a fixed position while the 2 on the outside can be adjusted to any angle.
